Medieval Guild Rules PDF Print E-mail
Written by Fire

Starting as of 5-1-2010 we will be following these guild rules:

Please read these rules thoroughly!
If you have any questions please feel free to ask Fire about them!

In order for us to keep up with everything that is going on in the guild it is mandatory that everyone register on our website!

PLEASE read both the in-game guild announcement boards, and guild website forums on a daily basis
New things are posted on a regular basis, including important announcements, events, etc.

Attending guild meetings is mandatory - they are held 3-6 times on the day they occur
I will be holding a guild meeting every 2 to 3 weeks. I will be posting times and days on the forums as well as the guild announcement boards. The guild officers and I will be meeting 1 day prior to the guild meeting. Meetings will include promotions in ranks, updates to the guild such as alliances etc.

Running through instances and raids will require members go naked. This is mandatory
  1. It's fun.
  2. It cuts down on the lag, and your gear doesn't take as many hit points with it not showing, thus saving the golden hammers for weapons.

Medieval is an active guild with several Alliances
It is good to remember that anytime you interact with another guild (Alliance or not), you are setting an example by which the rest of our guild will be judged.  For this reason alone we would hope that people act with as much maturity and respect for others as possible.  Help our allied guilds whenever possible, just as you would a guild member in need. Whether it is a new member who simply needs help with finishing a low-level quest in the starter area, or an established member who needs help - we should help if we can.

For the higher levels we had help, still receive help, and we should give help. However it is NOT required that we drop what we are doing to rush off and help. Also please feel free to ask for help in the allied channels - it is why we are allied with other guilds. We help them, and they in turn help us.

Power leveling of any kind, unless it is one of your own alts, is not permitted or allowed
NOTE: This can result in a ban from Medieval. The reason is if you P.L. another player. He or she may not know how to play their char when they get to 55+, and it isn't fair to those of us who have worked hard to get where we are. I personally do NOT want to be in a group in HOS with a PL'd player who has no clue how to play their char or who is afraid to play their char. Death Debt is already a friend of mine but I don't want it anymore than anyone else. Not to mention I don't want anyone else to get it from a PL'd player. However if another player in our guild is caught asking to be PL'd - I need to be completely aware of the situation, so I can handle it appropriately.

Loot Rules: These were created for a reason, and are to be followed
